Wiggins Pro-Ductions will be hosting Party Night In Canada, a rock concert that aims to showcase some of Thunder Bay’s up and coming talent, Saturday March 23 at Black Pirates Pub.

Opening the show will be ambient rock sounds of Pedestrian Lifestyle, followed by rock n roll trio, the Straight And Narrow. After only playing a handful of shows, these three have made waves in the scene like they’ve been at it for years.

Up next will be alternative pop-punkers, Zack & the Morrises. Despite their name, they are not out to capture the heart of Kelly Kapowski. Instead, these five music scene veterans will be bringing catchy riffs and vocal hooks that are sure to melt more than a few hearts. Prior to the show, they will be releasing a self-titled, digital teaser online. This 3-track EP will be available only through their bandcamp page. The tracks were self-produced, recorded by Dave Angell at TBay’s Dining Room Studio, mixed by Jordan Valeriote at Sundown Studio in Guelph, and mastered at Spectre Sound Studio in Seattle, WA.

Closing the night will be the notorious Bay Street Bastards. After their debut performance at Cover Show 11 last month to a capacity crowd, these beer swilling, hockey-rock hooligans are sure to bring down the house. Featuring an eight-man lineup, including banjo, cello, mandolin and bagpipes, all mashed together with some good old fashion rock and roll.

Doors open at 10pm until 2am. Tickets are just $5 and are available at the door only. Age of majority required. For more information and full calendar of events, visit www.TBshows.com.
