Dust off the wood skis, pull out the old spandex and hike up your socks at the 2013 Sleeping Giant Loppet and you could win with The Walleye’s Flashback Award for retro clothing.
We’ll be watching for any combination of the following:
- wool, leather and canvas
- nylon jackets, spandex suits and vintage eyewear
- wooden skis, three-pin bindings and bamboo poles
- knickers, knee-highs, toques and gloves
The most retro skier will be awarded with prizes from The Walleye and Rolling Thunder.
