I walk with the strength

of Protective Spirits 

I have called to me

Behind me, I see a barrier

made of my skin

Old, dried, and mottled

The me of old

Blinded to the energies

swirling and eddying

Unaware of the ancestors

calling me forward

by learning from the past

This is the love I am worthy of

Now and forever

I am a dynamo force of good

I am as gentle and graceful as a doe

and as strong and fierce as a buck

I am nature
