Our three guest speakers will discuss public participation in the Impact Assessment of the proposed Deep Geological Repository for Canada's highly radioactive nuclear fuel waste. The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada is currently inviting public comments. Environment North remains opposed to this proposal. There are many concerns and uncertainties.
