SPECTAC!™ 2016  will showcase the finest circus performers from around the globe. The internationally renowned cast includes the Russian Swing, the Wheel of Destiny with Joseph Bauer from Switzerland, the famed Flying Pages Trapeze, the Strap & Silk act with Martin Gonzales, the Chinese Pole Acrobats, the Kambarov Cossack Equine Riders, the Bilea Transformations Act, the Unicycles & Clowns plus and much more.

“It’s an incredible showcase of elite circus acts from all around the world that has been designed for multi-generational families,” says Ringmaster Joseph Bauer. “Everyone loves the circus and this year families will be fascinated by the Big Top, the Kambarov Equine Cossack Riders and the amazing new global cast of performers coming to Thunder Bay.” Bauer is not only one of the finest Ringmaster on the continent, but this 9th generation daredevil will thrill audiences on the death defying Wheel of Destiny.

The Royal Canadian Circus SPECTAC!™ 2016 is about giving children and adults alike a glimpse into another world—a world where “families are performing for families” and everyone can enjoy a show together regardless of age.

The Boys and Girls Club of Thunder Bay is the designated beneficiary with a portion of the proceeds going to this organization.

This is the 253rd anniversary of the Zerbini Family Circus. Since the humble start of the Zerbini Family Circus in Paris, France in 1763, ten generations of Zerbinis have travelled the world sharing their talents with circus audiences on three continents.

Catch the action under the big top on the CLE grounds, Friday, June 17 at 4 and 7:30pm, Saturday, June 18 at noon, 4 and 7:30pm, and Sunday, June 19 at 1 and 5pm. Tickets are available at the TBCA and on-site at the Royal Canadian Circus Big Top Box Office from 10am-8pm on show days.
