Tokyo Police Club has announced the second leg of their 2014 Canadian tour. The critically-lauded four-piece – who released their latest studio album, Forcefield in March on Dine Alone Records in Canada – have added 11 more shows to their forthcoming tour and will now be on the road until December. The second leg, which also features support from Vancouver-based indie rock band Said The Whale and Vancouver garage rock duo The Pack A.D, will kick off at The Outpost in Thunder Bay on November 24 and will wind down with a Toronto show at The Danforth Music Hall onDecember 11.
Tokyo Police Club’s Rdio Session, which was recorded during SXSW at the historic Driskill Hotel in downtown Austin, TX, is now available exclusively on Rdio. The 5-song recording features stripped-down versions of both radio singles, as well as a special cover of The Stranglers “Golden Brown.”
