On Monday, July 8, DRUMHAND will be playing at The Apollo as part of their first tour of western Canada. Fuelled by an array of drums and percussion, DRUMHAND originated as an effort to combine the circuitous rhythms of West Africa, Cuba, India, and Brazil with the uplifting spirit of American roots music and jazz. Their unique sound features myriad catchy horn melodies alongside solo and group vocals to inspire the curious ears and dancing bodies of audience of all ages. DRUMHAND is touring in support of their third and latest release, Cheer On The Sun.
