Donate a gently used dress to “Who Gives a Frock?”

o-RACK-OF-CLOTHES-facebookThe organizers of Who Gives a Frock, a fundraiser for the Children’s Centre Foundation, are asking that women go through their closets and donate the dresses they no longer wear. Clean, gently used dresses are being collected at The Loop anytime between 11 am and 6 pm this Saturday, November 23. The Loop is located on the corner of Court Street South and Red River Road.

Any frockin’ dress will do! Your dress will be sold at the “Who Gives a Frock?” event on January 23. Tickets for “Who Gives a Frock?” will also be on sale at The Loop for this day only. If you donate a dress, you will receive $5 dollars off your $40 dollar ticket (only this Saturday).

The organizers are looking for casual dresses, resort or cruisewear dresses, dresses appropriate for work, cocktail dresses or formal dresses.

Can’t make on Saturday November 23? Don’t fret, there’s still time – you can drop your dress off at The Loop anytime up until January 15.
