Pennsylvania metal band Texas In July will head north this fall for a co-headline tour withWithin The Ruins. The tour is in support of their newly released record Bloodwork, and kicks off in Des Moines on November 9 followed by a string of shows from Calgary to Ottawa, including a show at Crocks on November 18.
Texas In July recently scored their highest charting debut at #71 on the Billboard Top 200 with the release of their fourth full-length record, Blookwork. The album also debuted on the charts at #8 Hard Rock Albums, #18 Independent Albums, #26 Top Rock Albums and #70 Top Current Albums. Fans have come out in droves to support one of metal’s hottest, rising bands.
Bloodwork also marks Texas In July’s first effort in two years, and first record with new singer JT Cavey, who officially joined the band earlier this year. With Cavey’s wide vocal range and sharp delivery Texas In July has emerged with new purpose and brutal intensity.
