Franz Ferdinand Premiers New Video For “Love Illumination”

Franz Ferdinand have launched the new video from their forthcoming album, Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action. The video was directed by Tim Saccenti (Animal Collective, Depeche Mode, Battles). When asked about the video, the band said: “Absurdist horror pantomime choreography cross-dress frog-head bosom sparkle guillotine phew worra scorcha.” Hmm, we’re not even sure if that’s a true sentence! “Love Illumination” is available to download digitally here.

Franz Ferdinand are Alex Kapranos, Nick McCarthy, Bob Hardy and Paul Thomson. Their forthcoming album is currently available for pre-order
