Caribou Restaurant invites you to celebrate the wines of Ontario.

Norm Hardie, winemaker of Norman Hardie Wines, will be hosting the Winemakers Dinner, pairing his award winning wines with a five-course tasting menu crafted by Caribou’s executive chef Craig Vieira.

Hardie’s wines have garnered rave reviews from some of the world’s most esteemed wine critics, including Jancis Robinson, Matt Kramer, Jaimie Goode, John Szabo, and Tony Aspler. Hardie studied at the University of Dijon in Burgundy, worked as a sommelier for the Four Seasons Hotel for eight years,  and traveled the globe on a six-year wine apprenticing journey through Burgundy, South Africa, Oregon, New Zealand and California. Eventually, he planted his roots in Prince Edward County to craft wines from Ontario’s unique terroir and create wine with a true sense of place.

Share Hardie’s passion and knowledge for the vines and wines of Ontario at Caribou, at 6 pm on Wednesday, March 2. Tickets are $85 plus taxes and gratuities.
