The Little Red Crayon, by local author and The Walleye contributor, Michelle Kolobutin, is about a red crayon who draws all sorts of terrific things. When his wax starts to run out, he gets sad. But then he looks back on all the great things he drew, and reminds himself that, though he has run out, his pictures and drawings are here to stay.
Kolobutin will be launching the book this Saturday at Chapters from 1-3pm. Join her for a reading and perhaps cross some other Christmas shopping off your list!
