Join folks from the Thunder Bay climate justice community on December 5th from 5-7:30 pm at Giinawind Co. This gathering is an opportunity to discuss and build our vision for climate justice within our communities.
Community art and movement-building time will be the focus of the event, including several stations with facilitated activities (e.g., collective map-making, button-making, “muffins 4 mobilization”). A larger-scale discussion will also take place around where climate justice is physically taking place, what projects different community partners have on the go, and where resources and support might be offered.
This is also a hybrid event, with the option to attend from home via Zoom available.
This is a hybrid event! Those who indicate they would like to attend virtually will be provided with details on how to join closer to the date of the event.
Admission is free.
Vegetarian nourishment will be provided!
