May Cooking Class – Celebrating Our Mothers – Second Serving

May’s class is tailored to honour our mothers. With ingredients like fennel, pistachios and Irish Cream, this menu is sure to please and inspire. This month we’ll be celebrating Veg-e-tate market, Tarrymore farm eggs, Kutcha honey, B&B Farms potatoes, Belluz carrots, and so much more! Includes 5 courses (including a palette cleanser thanks to Prime Gelato) a take-home recipe book, plenty of demonstration and even some hands-on opportunities. Sign you and your mom or daughter up early to avoid missing out!
Sweet potato and naval orange soup with spiced quinoa granola
Asian spring salad with pea shoots, napa cabbage and toasted sesame crisps
Pistachio crusted stuffed chicken with white reduction, roasted rosebud potatoes and honey glazed carrots
Eclairs with Slate River yogurt cheese and fresh berries
Things to Note:
Classes can fit 8 comfortably around the island but we do typically have 10 for a class (it just means two people have to sit on the ends of the island – they’ll get special treatment for taking one for the team 😉
All classes come with a take-home booklet of recipes and tips from yours truly 🙂
I am not licensed to serve alcohol but you are more than welcome to bring your own wine!
If you registered but are unable to attend the class, please provide a 48 hr notice otherwise it might not be enough time to find a replacement. In such an event, please understand that I will charge 50% of the cost ($35). Emergencies and extenuating circumstances are always taken into consideration.
