Living Well with Dementia: Creating Dialogues of Resilience – 2023 Conference

Join people living with dementia and care partners to share and learn about: living with resilience amidst dementia, challenging stigma, & connecting with others. On Sunday October 15th, we will host a special Dementia Cafe to highlight this special community program, followed by a brief presentation and dinner. Monday October 16th will be the conference day at the Nor’Wester Hotel, featuring keynote speeches from Myrna Norman (an advocate & person living with dementia from British Columbia) and Rebekah Churchyard (owner of Green Care Farms in Milton, Ontario). There will also be opportunities to browse vendor booths and learn from available health services in our community. This conference is community based, being run for and by people living with dementia and care partners.
