Hello I’m writing in hopes you’d like to highlight this event and this young local author.
His name is Zachry Hendricken, he is young autistic man who has written two children’s books in hopes of starting a career in writing but most importantly raise money to be able to move back to his home town of Red Rock. You may have seen an article in the Chronicle about a little book signing he had in Red Rock.
What Zachry does and inspires to do as an autistic individual is amazing, he has taught himself piano, he went to college, learned to drive and drives the 400 series in Toronto!! Now he currently works as a greeter in Walmart, lives on his own and bowling with the special Olympics. These books are very relatable and Zachry a sweet sweet guy.
