One of our Top Five events for January… Derelicte returns on January 23! Experience one fabulous night where wearable art, fashion, music, and performance collide—unlike anything you’ve seen before on the catwalk.
Expect 34 acts on a multi-arts stage: 10 local fashion houses, 15 wearable art exhibitions, 100 artists and tantalizing models, 4 live bands and DJs—Greenbank, Morning Light, The Married Singlemen, and DJ Doran—to keep this fashionista dance party swinging. At night’s end, it will be your turn to dance on the catwalk!
Plus special performances including: Flamenco & Bhangra East Indian dance by Dahab & World Dance Centre, burlesque by Le Cabaret Noir, and Veronika Swartz (MTV/Showtime), premiere drag performances by Ivan Love & Fantasia LaPremiere (Wig Wars King & Queen 2015), glow spinning by Dee Marie & The Kidd, Derelicte go-go dancers, catwalk brawling and paparazzi moments.

Audience participation is also big part of Derelicte. You could win over $1000 through raffle draws, the Walk Off Challenge (best model walk contest), and Best D.I.Y. Fashion/Costume Contest ~ dress up and create your own fashion tribe!
Come early to experience the first of three fashion shows that take place during the event, each featuring unique designer fashion and wearable art. The featured music and performances take place in between the fashion shows. This year, Black Pirates Pub will be transformed into a fascinating *GALAXY* themed environment, with contemporary stage design created by a fantastic crew of DefSup visual artists, as well as awesome light/video mapping projections by Illuminate. Early birds will also be treated to exquisite catered refreshments by Sushi Bowl and Sweet Escape Cake Cafe & Bakery.
