Bay Street Film Festival presents its third annual fundraiser, Cabaret on Bay on Saturday, June 6, 2015. Look forward to a night of captivating charm, sexiness, humour and, a Cabaret on Bay exclusive – all live music!

The event takes place from 8:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
at 314 Bay Street (above the Hoito). Doors open at 8:00 p.m., the show begins at 9:00 p.m. Cash bar and refreshments. Tickets are $25.00/person, (must be 19 years or older), available at Calico Coffeehouse (316 Bay Street) and the Bay Street Film Festival office (Upper Level, 314 Bay Street).

For the 3rd year, the Cabaret’s live house band features Danny Johnson and The World’s Least Dangerous Band with Danny Zadkovich, Damon Dowbak, Jim Differ, Joe Petch and Mike Kennedy. Look forward to a splendid line-up of local talent with vocalists, burlesque, spoken word, dance, comedy, drama, mind-reading, magic, carnival acts and other exclusive rarities. Plus, for the second time on the Cabaret on Bay stage, The Thunder Bay Complaints Choir (a most audacious way to cure pent-up negativity). Check out the Face-O-Matic and much more!

Proceeds from the Cabaret support opportunities for filmmakers to tell the stories and perspectives of the near and far north. Engaged audiences, the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the Canada Council, the Ontario Arts Council, the City of Thunder Bay and local businesses and organizations support the Festival. The 11th annual Bay Street Film Festival takes place from Wednesday, September 9 – Sunday, September 13, 2015.
